Warsztaty retoryczne - edycja 2023

Zapraszamy studentów z Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego i Uniwersytetu w Zagrzebiu zainteresowanych analizą retoryczną i chcących zdobyć doświadczenie w pracy w międzynarodowym zespole do wzięcia udziału w międzynarodowej współpracy Studenckie zespoły badawcze. W 2023 roku Studenckie zespoły badawcze  zostały zorganizowane po raz trzeci. Dwie poprzednie edycje odbywały się w ramach projektu RHEFINE. 

W roku 2023 temat warsztatów brzmiał: Retoryka deliberatywna. Przemówienia laureatów Nagrody Nobla. Odbyły się trzy warsztaty na Zoomie:

The topic this year wass “Deliberative rhetoric: Nobel prize speeches” and the collaboration was organised during 3 workshops held on zoom: 

1) 28 kwietnia 2023, 15:30 to 17:30; Wprowadzenie do retoryki deliberatywnej i krytyki retorycznej. Powołanie zespołów i wybór liderów. 

2) 12 maja  2023, 15:30 to 17:30; Dyskusja na temat wybranych przemówień. Jak analizować mowę? 

3) 25 maja 2023, 15:30 to 17:30. Prezentacje analiz wybranych przemówień. Jak przedstawiać wyniki badań naukowych? 

Podczas warsztatów chcemy przede wszystkim rozwijać umiejętności retoryczne: krytyczne myślenie, dociekliwość, umiejętność pracy zespołowej i empatię. Celem jest zachęcenie  studentów do pracy badawczej w międzynarodowym środowisku. 

Rhetorical workshop - the 2023 edition

Students from University of Warsaw and from University of Zagreb who are interested in rhetorical analysis and who want to gain experience in international teamwork are invited to take part in the international collaboration called Student research teams. 2023 was the third year we were organising this kind of international student collaboration: the first two were a part of the RHEFINE project, and the 2023 one is a kind of a follow up.

The 2023 topic was “Deliberative rhetoric: Nobel prize speeches” and the collaboration was organised during 3 workshops held on zoom: 

1) Workshop: April 28th 2023, 15:30 to 17:30; Introduction to deliberative rhetoric and rhetorical criticism. Establishing teams and choosing team leaders.

2) Workshop: May 12th 2023, 15:30 to 17:30; Student’s discussions on chosen Nobel speeches: How to analyse a speech?

3) Workshop: May 26th 2023, 15:30 to 17:30. Student’s presentations on chosen Nobel speeches: How to present the findings? 

The focus of this collaboration will be on developing rhetorical skills: critical thinking, inquiry, teamwork and empathy. The goal is to motivate students for scientific collaboration in an international environment.
